www.justclose.com (part of our future realty4hire.com portal) is a new website/software application. www.justclose.com ventures into the online FSBO market in a conventional manner (i.e. advertising the properties of sellers), but adds significant new capabilities with the use of the innovative search technology, the Artificial Intelligence Interview Engine (AIIE). This Patent Pending technology is capable of helping the buyer understand how too quickly find an affordable place as close to the “dream” house as possible. Today’s green-minded house owners present a tremendous opportunity for any company that has an environmentally friendly product or service. Experts say that the “green” market hit an estimated $250 billion in 2007 and has been growing roughly 10% annually. Some consumers will pay a premium of as much as 15% for a green product.
