This “Do it yourself” option, allows sellers to post and market themselves their house or property on our website, www.JustClose.com, and directly communicate and transact with buyers. It also allows the sellers and Buyers to complete the closing online, paperless, if you so desire, or close the deal the traditional way. We strongly recommend buyers and sellers to use the services of a licensed attorney.
Some of the benefits of choosing this program:
- Free limited telephone consultation with our licensed real estate agent or broker.
- Market your property by yourself. You have the option to use our marketing team social media and email campaign enhancement (fees specific applies. Please ask for details).
- Follow-up on leads (you will be provided with leads)
- Access to our website vetted professionals (agents, attorneys, finance, service).
- 15-35 photos – provided and uploaded by you.
- Virtual Tour or photo slide – Doing it yourself, upload your own video.
- Real estate documentation and brochure upload.
- This option is for a six months agreement

- For an additional $10 per month, with a 3 months minimum, add your property to our website www.JustClose.com, special section: “Hot Properties”. We will post it on our front Home Page“Hot Property” and mention it in our company marketing campaigns.

FSBO Enhancement: If you would like a full consultation and support from one of our assigned licensed real estate agent or broker to help you market and sell your property without paying any real estate commission, our office fee is 1% of the selling price of the house –for our consultation and support services.
