  • Realty Check Engine is the implementation of our “Business Search Engine” concept for the Real Estate industry.
  • Buyer is offered to go through the 4-step process of educating the system what features the customer prefers and what compromises the buyer is willing to make on the scarce market of Real Estate properties
  • Based on the buyer’s preferences the scores are assigned to properties and the client could find the best deals on the market
  • In the next generation of Reality Check, the client would be able to find the best property not only based on price and the property features but also based on affordability

Realty Check: Selection of Attributes

  • The buyer might want to select important benchmarks from the available pool of attributes critical for his/her unique decision-making process for current and future searches. (ex. Number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, distance to school)
  • The system allows saving individual settings by hiding not requested attributes from the customer view
  • For each individual search, the customer might want to select any subset of these attributes and provide a first guess which attributes are most important by placing the attributes to appropriate positions
