Buyers need to be informed before they buy a property. Trusted and correct information is a must.  Our website buyers are registered and vetted to the best available information, so as a seller you’re confident that you’re dealing with a real person.  As a seller, you have an option to sell your property by yourself or ask full or partial help from agents, attorneys or stage/fix any imperfections using our service consultants.

As a seller, you will be able to use a variety of our website features that would certainly help you to introduce your property with all possible options buyers like to see including extra features MLS usually not providing or encrypting it nobody understands. You can also add your property green and smart features that so far, no currently available MLS is providing.

You need to Register first in order to load your property information. Choose your Listing payment plan. Then, continue with completing the “Seller Input Form”, create your Buyers list using “My Workplace”, select any real estate professionals (agent, attorney, service consultant)as your “Closing Assistant, Financial Assistant, and Service Assistants”, if needed.

If you find a buyer, you may also access the Buyer information and close the sale using Virtual Closing and Electronic Signature features, if you choose to do so. Alternatively, you may choose the traditional way to close the transaction. Whatever you choose, good luck.
